Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase so if you are not completely satisfied you can exchange or return your products for store credit under a few conditions. 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn or unused, with tags, safety seal and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase. All products except sale items, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) are eligible for return. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To start a return, you can contact us on the chat option on our website and send pictures showing the product you want to exchange/return. You can also email us at wellthynow111@gmail.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return question at our chat option located in bottom left corner on our website.

 

Please note if the address customer provided us while checking out is incorrect/missing apartment number or has spelling mistakes we are not responsible if the package don’t get delivered or it’s delivered to the wrong address. Other important thing to note is that Hair Products (Hair Wax and Hair Elixir) are not eligible for return. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted we will issue store credit that you can use to make a purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically be issued store credit within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you didn't get store credit, please contact us using our chat option or email wellthynow111@gmail.com.
